Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, built, and loaded for delivery. Duties include, but are not limited to: Locate products throughout the warehouse using order sheets. Efficiently and accurately pull products from warehouse racking and pallets. Build bulk customer orders on pallets from warehouse inventory. Verify the correct number and type of products are selected and loaded. Wrap completed orders prior to loading onto delivery trucks. Load trucks according to order instructions using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts. Maintain warehouse equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance needs. Experience working in a warehouse setting a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred, but not required. Ability to obtain forklift certification is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work overtime when business needs require. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and warehouse documentation. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools, including computers, iPads, hoists, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and various hand tools.

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
