Overview We are currently seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our dynamic team for seasonal and temp-to-hire positions within our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and shipping of materials to support our supply chain. Duties Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Pick and prepare orders accurately utilizing RF scanners and manual handling techniques. Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and organizing materials within the warehouse. Ensure proper documentation of shipping and receiving activities in accordance with company procedures. Operate heavy equipment responsibly while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Support warehouse supervisors in daily operations, including stock rotation and quality checks. Participate in inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries during heavy lifting or material handling tasks. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics roles. Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving processes, and inventory management systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and heavy lifting tools safely. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for manual handling. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or warehouse operations is a plus but not required. Pay:
