Warehouse Helper and Driver -

Morgantown, WV Position Summary:

A Durer Inc is hiring a warehouse helper and driver to assist in stocking and organizing our warehouse and delivering equipment to local job sites. This individual will work under the direction of our Warehouse Manager to complete these tasks.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)

Job Type:

Full-time Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport HVAC units, plumbing materials, parts, and tools to active commercial job sites. Pick up unused material or demolished equipment and return it to ADI's warehouse or local scrap facilities for disposal. Load and unload inbound and outbound freight. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to organize stock. Inspect incoming shipments and match parts against packing slips or purchase orders. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Perform routine safety checks on delivery vehicles and material handling equipment. Job Requirements & Qualifications A valid West Virginia Class D driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs. or more) and stand or work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Forklift certification or a willingness to be trained; basic computer and/or smartphone literacy for tracking inventory and orders. Ability to strap/ secure loads and properly connect and maneuver tow-behind trailers. Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
