Happiness Coordinator Your job is simple: Make our residents happy. We're looking for someone who believes nursing homes should be full of joy, laughter, and meaningful experiences. Every day, you'll find creative ways to brighten residents' lives—whether that's arranging an outing, finding their favorite meal, bringing in live music, planning activities, or simply making a wish come true. Responsibilities Create meaningful experiences for residents. Plan outings, activities, and special events. Coordinate favorite foods, music, and entertainment. Learn what makes each resident happy—and make it happen. Work with staff and families to improve residents' quality of life. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Compassionate and energetic.
