In office Logistics Coordinator Atlas Waste & Environmental is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of junk removal and waste-service jobs. This fast paced, in office role serves as the main point of communication between customers, haulers, and our internal team. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of each job from assignment through completion. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch haulers to job sites Assign jobs based on location, availability, requirements, and route efficiency Monitor active jobs and address delays or scheduling conflicts Communicate with customers, haulers, and management by phone, text, and email Confirm job photos, invoices, pricing, and documentation are accurate Update job statuses, notes, and supporting documents in company systems Follow up on incomplete jobs, missing information, and outstanding invoices Keep management informed of important service issues and daily developments Help improve dispatch procedures and overall service quality Qualifications Strong organization and time-management skills Clear and professional communication Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities Comfortable using scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer-management software Dependable, punctual, and calm under pressure Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, customer service, or operations is preferred Waste-management or junk-removal experience is helpful but not required Schedule Requirement This position is specifically scheduled Thursday through Monday .
