You will train and supervise the Incarcerated Individuals who are under your direction. The areas of training and supervision will include, but are not limited to: material identification, grading, sorting, processing, and unloading trailers. In addition to the training and supervision roles, you will be responsible for: scheduling delivery of recyclables from other facilities, assisting in the formal bidding process, scheduling trucking firms to haul products to market, as well as miscellaneous projects and duties. Program, this title may be filled via a non-competitive appointment, which means no examination is required but all candidates must meet the minimum qualifications of the title for which they apply. At a future date, it is expected employees hired under
