Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Waste and Recycling Salesperson to expand our Waste and Recycling division. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs in the Waste and Recycling industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of sustainable waste management practices while delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders. We are looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional who knows how to win business, close deals, and dominate a territory. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has been in the field, understands sales, and can produce results immediately. If you are not comfortable being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and being held accountable to performance — this is not the role for you. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share within the waste and recycling sector. Own and grow a multi-city territory including Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, and surrounding markets. Sell waste and recycling including balers, compactors, and related solutions. Generate new business through aggressive prospecting and relationship building. Run your pipeline, control your deals, and close at a high level. Work directly with decision-makers in industrial and commercial environments This role requires traveling in the field 4 days per week meeting customers, walking sites, and closing business. Experience 10+ years of equipment sales experience (REQUIRED - no exceptions) Bachelor's degree (REQUIRED) A track record of closing deals and hitting numbers. Strong presence, confidence, and ability to command a room. Self-starter who does not need to be managed day-to-day. Comfortable with heavy travel and in-person selling. Experience in the Waste & Recycling industry.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
