Job Description

Now Hiring:

Temporary Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include:

Complete daily maintenance work orders Maintain grounds, breezeways, stairwells, and common areas Manage trash, recycling, and compost collection Inspect and clean laundry and trash rooms Perform daily property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications:

Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred Ability to work independently Reliable, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and attention to detail If you take pride in keeping properties looking their best, we'd love to hear from you!
