You will be responsible for executing a variety of custodial duties, utilizing specialized cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety protocols to deliver exceptional service. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, and other machinery to maintain floors at optimal cleanliness and shine Handle chemical agents safely according to established safety procedures and protocols Conduct sanitation tasks such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Assist with light maintenance duties including minor repairs and touch-up painting as needed Follow safety guidelines diligently during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks to prevent injuries Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and chemical sprayers essential Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards required Experience with facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is advantageous Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with building occupants and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices Proven ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Join us in delivering top-tier cleanliness that enhances the environment for everyone!
