Job Summary The Non-DOT Cement Heavy Haul performs hot shot pick-ups, transports cement personnel to and from job locations, and performs housekeeping maintenance on vehicles or equipment. Responsibilities Perform hot shot pick ups Transport cement personnel to and from job locations Perform housekeeping maintenance on all vehicles and equipment Safely drives company vehicles to and from location in all weather conditions and on varying road surfaces Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Maintaining a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, required Clear written and spoken communication skills, must be able to read and follow directions in English Must have strong mechanical knowledge Personable, able to interact effectively with team and personnel at all levels of the organization Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs. overhead without assistance Must be physically able to withstand all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the role's essential functions.
