Wednesdays & Thursdays Required Monday Availability Strongly Preferred Starting Pay:

$20/hour | Minimum $160 Paid Per Scheduled Day The Bin Spa is a veteran-owned home service company based in Salado, Texas. We operate a fleet of specialized trash bin cleaning trucks and serve residential and commercial customers throughout Central Texas. We're looking for one dependable person to join our team in a part-time field role. This position is primarily designed to support our technicians on larger residential and commercial bin-cleaning routes. Wednesdays and Thursdays are required. Candidates who are also available on Mondays will receive strong preference. What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside our team using specialized bin-cleaning trucks to clean residential and commercial trash bins. The equipment does most of the dirty work, so this is probably cleaner and less physically demanding than you might expect from the job title. That said, this is still outdoor field work. You'll be on your feet, moving bins, working around equipment, and dealing with Central Texas heat, cold, rain, and changing weather. No bin-cleaning experience is required. We can teach you everything you need to know. Schedule Our team typically starts around 6:45 AM in Salado and finishes between approximately 1:00-3:00 PM , depending on the day's route.

The two required days are:

Wednesday Thursday Monday availability is highly preferred and may provide additional hours. We guarantee a minimum of eight hours of pay for each scheduled workday, even when the team finishes early. Who We're Looking For For this position, experience matters far less to us than character and reliability. We're looking for someone who: Shows up when they say they will Is consistently on time for early morning starts Has reliable transportation to our Salado shop Works hard without needing constant supervision Takes direction and feedback well Has a positive attitude and works well with a small team Is comfortable working outdoors Can handle basic physical work throughout the day Takes pride in doing a job correctly A valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred. Our Team We're a small, veteran-led team that takes a lot of pride in our culture. We work hard, help each other, have fun, and try to create an environment where good people enjoy coming to work. We have an employee gym at our shop, a company library, and a strong focus on personal and professional growth. None of that is required to participate in — we simply care about building a team of people who support each other and want to do good work. Opportunity to Grow This is being hired as a part-time position, but The Bin Spa continues to grow. For the right person, there may be opportunities over the next few months to pick up additional days or eventually move into a full-time technician position.
