Whitesboro, TX Help Keep Operations Clean, Safe, and Running Smoothly RPM Staffing is seeking a dependable Sanitation General Laborer to support daily operations at a landfill facility in Whitesboro. What You'll Do:

• Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and debris in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, work zones, and equipment
• Assist with unloading, spreading, and compacting waste materials
• Identify and remove hazards that could impact safety or operations
• Safely operate hand tools and other basic equipment
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or unusual site conditions
• Support equipment operators and crew members with daily tasks

What We're Looking For:

• General labor, sanitation, or waste management experience is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Willingness to follow all environmental and safety regulations

Work Environment:

This position works primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to dust, odors, and changing weather conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided as needed.
