Competitive Hourly Wage + Uncapped Bonus Structure The Mission Mr. Inkwells is the highest-rated tattoo and piercing studio in California, and we are experiencing massive growth! We are currently too busy and need a sales minded superstar to own the client experience, drive new business, and prepare for our expansion. This is a ground-floor opportunity to get in with the top team in the industry and play a critical role in our explosive growth. What You'll Be Doing (The Core Responsibilities) This is a fast-paced role where you are the first impression for our new and current clients for Mr. Inkwells. Sales & Phone Conversion (50%): You will be the full-time phone answerer, converting high-volume incoming calls into booked appointments and consultations. Your goal is to get people in the door. In-Shop Client Experience (30%): You will professionally greet, qualify, and assist walk-in clients, ensuring no business is missed and every client receives 5-star service the moment they arrive. Social Media Growth (20%): Create engaging, high-quality Reels and Posts for our social media channels to generate buzz, showcase our work, and drive new inbound business.

Administrative/Remote Work:

Some days will be at conventions 2-3 per year. The Schedule 4 - 5 days weekly 30 hours per week
