Maitre d' DeRomo's - 2.3 Bonita Springs, FL Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Maitre d' is responsible for identifying customer service issues, improvement opportunities, and works to develop and implement a world class customer service experience at DeRomo's Restaurant. This position supervises the training and implementation of the Open Table process, oversees the private dining room and reservation process, as well as coordinates activities of implementing service standards for exceptional customer service. Dinner Shift - 3P-10P (Friday & Saturday night availability required)
Essential Functions:
Oversees the Private Dining Room booking process Oversees the Open Table process including the training of host associates necessary to maximize revenue Oversees customer expectations in answering questions, addressing complaints or service issues Oversees the reputation report. Assists with resolves. Analysis of repetitive issues or common problems. Recommends process fixes. Shares a report synopsis with the managers and hosts. Oversees the reservation process, including in season phone calls. Serves as a role model when coaching associates on how to resolve complex, customer service issues. Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees Creates and trains for customer service standards. Provides leadership, support and coaching of the customer service team, emphasizing customer satisfaction and collaborative efforts. Oversees and administers daily stand up/pre-shift meetings with the customer service team (hosts) to ensure associates have a firm understanding of daily business, company activities, policy, and expectation Establishes tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace and public spaces Receives complaints and resolve problems Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances Maintains a professional image, including proper uniforms, and appearance standards Ensures a safe working and customer environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Follows and promotes Columbus Hospitality's Core Values Experience Required 3 - 5 years: Restaurant Education Required High School or better Preferred Associates or better
