You will serve as a pivotal operational leader tasked with building, managing, and scaling the commercial plumbing service division. This dynamic role allows you to combine hands-on field expertise with executive management to drive service profitability and project quality. You will enjoy direct mentorship responsibility over field teams while directly shaping scalable operational workflows for a rapidly growing organization. How You Will Make an

Impact:

Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and technician dispatch for commercial plumbing service calls. Perform hands-on service calls, complex troubleshooting, and small commercial plumbing installations when needed. Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs, verify field conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and scope proposals. Establish scalable service department procedures, estimating standards, workflows, and performance expectations. Recruit, onboard, coach, and hold service technicians accountable to safety, workmanship, and service standards. Build long-term commercial account relationships to expand the service customer base and grow recurring revenue.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive commercial plumbing background with deep technical knowledge of commercial systems, codes, and safety. Demonstrated leadership experience managing plumbing work as a Foreman, Service Supervisor, or Project Manager. Proven ability to independently diagnose complex commercial plumbing failures and estimate labor and materials. Strong capability to read construction drawings, interpret specifications, and manage small commercial projects. Willingness and physical ability to perform field work and run service calls alongside field crews. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Direct experience managing or supervising a dedicated commercial plumbing service operation. Proven success in developing recurring commercial service accounts and preventative maintenance contracts. Deep knowledge of Florida plumbing codes, local permitting requirements, and regional market practices. Familiarity with modern service-management, field-tracking, or construction-estimating software platforms.
