Job Description
The Intervention Coordinator, PRN supports all Pregnancy Solutions offices by being actively involved in all aspects of client programming. This position is as needed to cover vacation and other staff absences with no regularly scheduled weekly hours. Complete initial assessments and develop Plan of Care Conduct Medical Screenings, adhering to office policies and procedures Utilize Resources and Referrals to ensure client needs are met Facilitate Parenting Classes, provide one on one mentoring, develop and maintain customized curriculum plan for clients Responsible for assisting in the management of client documentation and reporting Deliver professional and quality customer care using the individualized multidisciplinary client services pregnancy center model to ensure best practices and procedures for client programs and services Attend meetings and training as deemed necessary by Lead Coordinator Work may be at any of our 4 locations in Arcadia, North Port, Port Charlotte or Venice.
