Full Job Description Position Summary :

Meets parts requirement of customers through counter service and telephone sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

List the essential job duties that are specific to the position. Asist with training and developing assigned Parts Department personnel. Ensures approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and maintains the policies and practices which foster positive customer relations. Maintains communication with Parts Management sharing positive and negative feedback. Assists in keeping customer-facing areas clean and display shelves stocked. Ensure customer-facing employees are presentable and in compliance with PSTC uniform policies. Assist with resolving customer complaints. Oversee the workflow of the department including warehouse, will call, and delivery processes. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Non-supervisory employees with possibly lead and supervisor/foreman personnel

Required Skills/ Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Physical Requirement's:

The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations, The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
