We have 6 celebration spaces and 6 lodging units available for rent on the estate and we are about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We are looking for someone who can take real ownership of the journey from a couple's first inquiry through their booking. You will be a trusted voice for The Valley Venues, leading conversations, hosting tours, preparing thoughtful proposals, and making sure no promising lead is lost in a busy inbox. You will also be a helpful point of contact for clients who have already booked. This role reports directly to our Venue Directors. You will have the training and guidelines to handle standard pricing, proposals, and contracts independently. When a couple needs something outside those guidelines, you will work with Venue Directors on the right answer.

What You Will Do:

Inquiries and relationships Respond to new leads by email, text, and phone during your scheduled hours with timely, personal answers. Learn what each couple is planning, including their date, guest count, priorities, budget, and the experience they want for their guests. Explain our celebration spaces, packages, lodging, and available options clearly and accurately. Keep conversations moving with thoughtful follow-up. Know when to invite a couple for a tour, offer a call, send a proposal, or give them room to decide. Maintain a clear record of each lead's status, questions, next step, and follow-up date in Hitched. Tours, proposals, and bookings Schedule and lead private in-person and virtual estate tours. Help couples picture how their ceremony, reception, lodging, and wedding weekend could flow across the estate. Build and revise customized proposals in Canva and Flipsnack using current packages, pricing, and approved guidelines. Check dates, guest counts, inclusions, fees, totals, and payment terms before a proposal or contract goes out. Prepare standard contracts in Tripleseat after training and guide clients through the booking steps. Bring custom discounts, special pricing, or nonstandard contract requests to the Artistic Director before offering them to a client. Client care and organization Answer routine emails from booked clients and connect them with the right team member for detailed planning, catering, or event questions. Keep tour calendars, client notes, proposal files, and outstanding tasks organized and current. Share clear handoff notes when another team member will continue a conversation. Work with the venue team to confirm availability and ensure couples receive consistent information. Who will thrive here You have experience in sales or a client-facing role where you helped someone make an important purchase or booking. You can be warm and reassuring while still asking for the next step. You write clearly, stay on top of follow-ups, and take pride in getting details right. You are comfortable talking about pricing and can tell when a question needs approval instead of guessing. Wedding, venue, hospitality, hotel, catering, or event sales experience would be wonderful. Experience with Hitched, Tripleseat, Canva, or Flipsnack is helpful, but we can teach you our systems. We care more about your sales judgment, communication, and reliability than a particular degree. What success looks like Couples receive helpful replies during staffed hours. Tours are prepared and followed up on. Every active lead has a clear next step. Proposals and contracts are accurate. Booked clients know who to ask for help, and the Artistic Director can focus on events and larger decisions without having to manage every message in the sales inbox. Schedule and location This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 paid hours per week . We will agree on a regular schedule based on your availability and our coverage needs. Our busiest inquiry windows include weekday mornings starting around 8 a.m. , weekday afternoons through 6 p.m. , and weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. You do not need to be available for every window. Please tell us the hours you can reliably cover. Much of the inquiry, proposal, and administrative work can be completed remotely during scheduled hours. You will come to the estate in Wildwood for scheduled tours and meetings. Hours may be adjusted with advance planning as tours and seasonal demand change. All hours worked are paid.
