• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, an understanding of the disability and senior communities, a understanding of financial services and taxes and strong clerical skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage client care operations
• Ensure high accuracy in record-keeping and task management
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop plans of care
• Collaborate with healthcare, legal, and financial professionals to provide efficient care management
• Manage client intake processes
• Implement case management strategies for effective client outcomes

• Experience:

• Previous experience in care management, financial management, insurance, and legal office assistance
• Proficiency in English and other languages is helpful
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills
• Strong background in case management
