Role:
We're a small Farm Bureau insurance agency in Orofino, and we're looking for a Licensed Client Service Manager to be one of our core team members. This isn't a big-company job where you're one of many — you'll be a key part of a tight-knit office, working directly with the owner and our managing agent to take care of our clients. We serve a small, rural community where people know us by name and expect real, responsive service. You'll essentially run the office day-to-day: opening up, managing client requests, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you like variety, ownership over your work, and being part of a small team where your contribution actually matters, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Open and run daily office operations Serve as a main point of contact for client policy questions, changes, and service requests Process personal auto policy changes and lienholder updates (subject to licensed review) Manage billing questions, payments, and delinquent accounts Take claims information and follow up through resolution Gather quote information and follow up with underwriting until resolved Manage binders, proof-of-insurance requests, and inspections Maintain client files and office organization Schedule appointments and support the owner's calendar Work closely with the managing agent and owner — no layers of bureaucracy, just good teamwork
Requirements:
Active Idaho Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Prior insurance agency or office management experience preferred Strong organizational skills and follow-through Excellent communication skills — professional, calm, and clear High attention to detail Comfortable in a small-office environment where you wear multiple hats
Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
