Job Description

Rathdrum Animal Clinic is looking for a committed and attention-to-detail type personality to join our CSR team! The appropriate candidate will work well with the public, have an outgoing customer service attitude and be able to handle multiple phone lines. Excellent customer service is our priority. Multi-tasking and being organized are imperative as well as being self-motivated. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required for the right candidate. This is a 30-40 hour/week position. We are open Monday- Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm. We are an EOE employer.
