Job Description

Job SummaryBri's Safe Haven Home Care LLC is preparing to open a non-medical Home Services Agency serving Dolton and Chicago's South Suburbs. We are seeking an experienced Home Services Supervisor / Case Coordinator to help oversee client services and home services workers as the agency prepares for operations. This position will assist with coordinating client services, monitoring service plans, communicating with clients and families, supervising assigned home services workers, addressing scheduling and service concerns, maintaining required documentation, and helping ensure services are provided according to company policies and applicable Illinois requirements. This is a pre-opening position. Candidates with previous home care, home services, caregiver supervision, case coordination, or related healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$30.15 - $32.00 per hour
