(AMI) is a multi-level service company, established in 1971, (Incorporated in 1977) which provides community management services in the tri-county area. Services range from Accounting Only, Accounting/Consulting, and Full-Service Community Management & Accounting. Accounts range in size from 700 units to 21 units. Twenty of our eighty locations include management of pools, tennis courts, and clubhouse facilities. There are over 9,000 families residing in AMI managed properties.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Services Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process maintenance requests for a portfolio of associations
Answer customer account balance inquiries
Guide customers through use of online portal and payment systems
Manage a database of customer communications and information
Maintain standard files for all association-related correspondence, contracts, maintenance information, etc.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and digital file systems
Familiarity with database software that maintains owner records, maintenance items, and communications
Availability to attend evening community meetings when necessary to assist with sign in and vote tallying
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to effectively relay maintenance requests in an efficient manor to vendors
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
