As our Warranty Coordinator , you'll work with customers, builders, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage warranty requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Warranty Process:

Manage residential, builder, and commercial warranty claims from initial request through resolution.

Coordinate & Communicate:

Work with customers, builders, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely scheduling, updates, and follow-through.

Investigate & Resolve:

Review warranty requests, determine coverage eligibility, and help identify the best solutions.

Stay Organized:

Track open claims, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Drive Improvements:

Identify recurring warranty issues, analyze trends, and help develop processes that improve efficiency and reduce repeat service calls. Work with

Vendors:

Coordinate manufacturer warranty claims, replacement parts, credits, and resolutions.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For 2+ years of warranty coordination experience preferred. Experience in construction, garage door installation, or home services is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
