Inside Sales - Client Success Manager Blue Ladder Roofing | Springfield,MO Blue Ladder Roofing is hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our outside sales team and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role involves inside sales, lead intake, scheduling, follow-ups, and managing customer relationships from start to finish. If you thrive on organization, communication, and closing deals, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

Lead Intake & Follow-Ups:

Guide homeowners through the process, build trust, and help close deals.

Customer Management:

Be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and project coordination.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate inspections and streamline routes for efficiency.

Sales Support:

Organize CRM data, prepare sales materials, and assist in closing opportunities.

Project Finalization:

Collect deposits, complete job files, and ensure a great customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
