This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday; 7am - 3:30pm. Must be very detail oriented, strong communication and possess extensive data entry skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have superb computer skills and good math skills. The duties and responsibilities of Key Account Coordinator include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust Working closely with internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met Monitoring and analyzing customers' usage of our product Cross training with other customer service team members to be the back-up with team members are out of the office. Order entry, along with other office related duties. Previous office experience is preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
