In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting Service Department objectives, communicating effectively with customers and other departments, and ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities Customer Interaction and Experience:

Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards

Documentation and Communication:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools

Safety and Compliance:

Qualifications Required:
