Salary Range:

Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional approach, whether in person or by phone, and connect them with the appropriate team member. Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Respond to incoming questions and requests while maintaining positivity and accurate up-to-date client information. Deliver responsive, high-quality customer support and proactively follow up to ensure a positive client experience. Provide administrative and project support to the team, helping to keep priorities organized and workflows running efficiently.
