Job Summary Excel Pool Service, Pool Town's Authorized Service Center, is currently in search of a full-time/ Seasonal customer service coordinator to join its call center team. The customer service coordinator is responsible for delivering top-class customer support and providing a smooth and pleasant experience to our valued customers. Responsibilities Answers heavy volume of phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Schedules and confirms technicians' appointments. Organize scheduling workflow by routing daily service schedules. Problem solving and maintaining customer confidence Manage incoming customer payments via check, and credit card. Oversee Accounts Receivable and ensure timely processing of customer invoices. Follow up with clients on billing inquiries and resolve any account discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial logs and update account statuses in the system

Skills:

Previous experience in an in-ground pool service call center is a plus, but not required We're happy to train the right candidate! Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Google Mail. Problem-solving and verbal communication. Attentiveness, patience, and being proactive when dealing with customers. Good work attendance. Knowledge of NJ map for scheduling purposes. Time management and organizational skills. Being able to focus in order to be thorough with attention to detail. Work well alone and as part of the team. Accurate documentation skills. Work well under pressure. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
