Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for experienced and motivated Butchers Grocery Manager, Produce Associates Customer Service to join our dynamic team. In these roles, you will oversee daily operations within the store or department, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a productive environment, managing staff, and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food industry, has strong management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members to ensure efficient food production, preparation, and packaging processes. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Oversee meat cutting, knife skills, and other culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency. Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering to meet store demands while minimizing waste. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience in food production, kitchen operations, or the food industry—culinary or restaurant experience is highly valued. Strong knife skills and meat cutting expertise are essential for butcher roles. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a retail or food service environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds.
