Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling using POS systems, ensuring optimal booking efficiency. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on spa services and retail products. Supervise spa staff, offering guidance and support to enhance team performance. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties. Maintain inventory levels through effective stocking and merchandising of retail products. Upsell services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness and organization of the spa environment. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or retail environment. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques and retail math knowledge. A passion for wellness and an understanding of spa services is highly desirable. Must be able to work Saturdays.
