Our team is hiring an Entry Level Outreach Associate to support customer outreach and community-facing activities for Verizon throughout the Rochester, NY area. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with customers, and being part of a team. In this role, you'll help introduce customers to Verizon products and services, answer questions, and provide information based on their needs. No previous telecommunications or outreach experience is required. We provide training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and build valuable professional skills. What You'll Do As an Entry Level Outreach Associate, you'll represent Verizon during customer-facing activities and help create a positive experience for the people you interact with.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engage directly with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Support team members during customer outreach and promotional activities. Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Explain product features, service options, and current promotions clearly. Assist with customer enrollment and account setup when appropriate. Help prepare materials and resources for customer-facing activities. Communicate customer feedback and questions to the appropriate team members. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. Stay informed about current Verizon products, services, and program updates. Work collaboratively with the team to provide a consistent customer experience.
