Job Overview Ohio Insurance Agents is working to help staff this opportunity on behalf of Select Insurance Services in North Royalton. This is a great opportunity for a student to work part time while in school, learn the business, and potentially earn a full time job opportunity. The OIA Foundation will provide a $500 scholarship to students who successfully complete at least 12 weeks in the role. As an Account Manager Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our licensed Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your work ensures that policy changes are processed accurately, client requests are handled promptly, and our office runs efficiently. Salary Range:

Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude. Responsibilities Support a Licensed Account Manager by providing outstanding service to clients. Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other insurance transactions accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and assist clients with routine service requests. Accept and process client premium payments. Document all account activity. Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion. Offer support for the Account Manager.
