Growing and expanding car wash company seeks a hands-on Manager to lead daily wash operations, drive team performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time opportunity for a results-driven individual with experience in retail or customer service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 6-10 employees
• Manage day-to-day site operations, labor, inventory and customer outcomes
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met
• Drive performance associated with memberships, and customer satisfaction
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of wash equipment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role (car wash experience

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
