Job Overview Trummel's Drug & Gifts in Oologah is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Gift Store Clerk. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and can comfortably multitask in a retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, operating the cash register, stocking and merchandising merchandise, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and providing outstanding customer service. Retail experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a daytime, part-time position that includes working two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you enjoy working in a fun, locally owned pharamacy/gift store where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Greet customers upon arrival, see if you can be of assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, responding promptly to inquiries with professional and resolving customer service issues effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer communication Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with multi-line phone system proficiency and phone etiquette expertise Ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and problem-solving Positive attitude Operating the cash register Computer skills Stocking and merchandising merchandise Keeping the sales floor clean and organized

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
