Job Description

Service Coordinator:

Tri-Star Automotive Group has an opening for a Service Coordinator. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and reliable individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Place and receive calls to schedule appointments Check repair statuses for all orders and services Monitor shop/schedule capacity everyday for the shop Outbound calls for recalls to our customers All maintenance and parts updates for the shop and customers Interface for all employees and customers of the shop Check in and document vehicles arriving at the Dealership Provide a superior customer experience

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass pre-employment background check HS Diploma or equivalent Experience preferred but not required
