As your confidence and accuracy develop, you will begin leading parts of client meetings, coordinating smaller workstreams and managing regular updates. Between months nine and twelve, high-performing coordinators may be considered for progression into an Account Manager role, based on demonstrated capability, results and business openings. Progress will be discussed during regular one-to-one reviews, so you will always understand what you are doing well and what you need to improve.
