Tanning & Wellness Manager Are You a Leader Who Loves to Win? We're looking for a motivated, energetic manager who is passionate about leading a team, growing a business, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a successful tanning and wellness salon while helping drive its future growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tanning and wellness salon. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6-9 employees. Drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall business growth. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Create employee schedules and maintain efficient daily operations. Ensure exceptional customer service and a first-class client experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns. Create engaging content and manage social media platforms. Preferred Skills Additional compensation and bonus opportunities may be available for candidates with experience in: Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Graphic design, photography, or video creation Paid online advertising Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency Organization, multitasking, and time management Staff scheduling and team leadership Sales coaching and customer service excellence The Ideal Candidate Has leadership or management experience. Enjoys building and motivating successful teams. Is driven by sales goals and business growth. Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative. Communicates professionally and confidently. Has experience in customer service and sales. Has a passion for the beauty, tanning, or wellness industry. Treats the business as if it were their own.
