CUSTOMER PAYMENTS COORDINATOR

•5:30pm Monday

•Thursday; 8:00am

Noon Friday Responsibilities/Duties:

Under general supervision, performs routine to moderately complex clerical duties, customer service work as required to help ensure effective and efficient office operations and the proper billing and collection of customer payments, and operates company switchboard to efficiently transmit telephone calls to and from company personnel. Performs related work as required. Reports to the Customer Payments Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one year of general customer service/clerical experience, receptionist experience and one year of cashiering experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. .
