This role keeps clients informed, coordinates relationship-level escalations, supports onboarding and education, and ensures commitments are followed through across departments. The position may recognize opportunities for additional services and support standard renewals, but it does not carry an individual sales quota or responsibility for closing business. This is an individual-contributor role. The Manager title reflects ownership of assigned client relationships and does not include direct reports. What You'll Do Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular check-ins, service reviews, and timely follow-through.
  • Maintain awareness of client services, contacts, priorities, open concerns, and upcoming needs.
  • Document client discussions, commitments, feedback, and follow-up actions in company systems.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates when requests or concerns involve multiple internal teams. Onboarding, Education, and Adoption
  • Guide clients through post-sale onboarding and the transition from implementation into ongoing service and support.
  • Coordinate training and create practical tutorials, guides, FAQs, and other educational resources.
  • Host client and resident education events that increase awareness and effective use of WireStar services.
  • Identify recurring questions or adoption barriers and recommend improvements to client communications and resources. Escalation and Service Coordination
  • Serve as a relationship-level escalation point and engage the appropriate Support, Operations, NOC, Billing, Projects, or Sales resources.
  • Track significant issues and commitments through resolution, provide meaningful client updates, and confirm follow-through.
  • Identify recurring service concerns or communication breakdowns and provide leadership with visibility into trends.
  • Represent the client perspective internally while maintaining realistic commitments and established decision authority. Feedback, Renewals, and Opportunity Referral
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvements to processes, services, and the overall client experience.
  • Maintain visibility into renewal dates and coordinate standard renewal outreach and documentation with the appropriate owner.
  • Recognize needs that may indicate an additional service or changed solution and refer qualified opportunities to Sales.
  • Provide client history and context to support Sales conversations without owning pricing, negotiation, or close. What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, Client experience, or a related field is helpful.
  • Three or more years of experience in client service, account support, Client experience, service delivery, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client communication, coordinate across departments, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn technical services well enough to explain them clearly and route issues appropriately. Preferred Experience
  • Telecommunications, ISP, managed services, networking, property technology, or a related service industry.
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing, account-health, or Client feedback systems.
  • Experience creating client education materials, leading training, or coordinating client-facing events. What Success Looks Like
  • Clients receive consistent communication, know where to go for help, and experience reliable follow-through.
  • Significant concerns have clear owners, timely updates, documented next steps, and confirmed resolution.
  • Clients and end users receive useful education and transition cleanly into ongoing support.
  • Client records, commitments, renewal dates, feedback, and open actions remain current.
  • Recurring client feedback is translated into practical service-improvement recommendations. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 annually. The final offer will reflect relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and the responsibilities assigned to the role.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
  • 401(k) participation in accordance with the plan.
  • Paid time off and company holidays in accordance with WireStar policy. Work Requirements
  • Professional office and client-facing work using standard computer, phone, and collaboration systems.
  • Periodic travel to client sites and occasional events may be required.
  • Ability to communicate by phone, video, email, and in person and to manage multiple client priorities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

It is not an exhaustive list of every responsibility, duty, qualification, or working condition associated with the role. Responsibilities may be modified based on business needs.
