Join Our Team! We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and outgoing individual to oversee the daily operations of our Richfield office. This is more than an administrative position—it's an opportunity to become a key member of a growing mortgage team while building meaningful relationships throughout the local community.
If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, creating efficient systems, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Open and close the office each business day. Manage the daily operations of the branch office. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with professionalism and care. Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory. Prepare, package, and ship client closing gifts. Keep the office organized, clean, and operating efficiently. Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and document management. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, Realtors, and community partners. Help coordinate community events and networking opportunities. Provide outstanding customer service to clients and business partners. Support the loan team with administrative duties as needed. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone. Strong with computers and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about serving the local community and building relationships. Willing to learn and grow professionally. Preferred Qualifications Previous office administration, customer service, banking, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus—but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer Starting pay of $18.00 per hour. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
