Monday-Friday Pay:

$19-$21/hr Duties or responsibilities would include: Employee orientation Safety training Attendance tracking Employee coaching Payroll/Deductions Recruiting Interviewing Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks Communications with supervisors/leads Management of employee records and software database Providing excellent customer service General office duties Client Communication Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc The ideal candidate will possess: Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
