Job duties include:

Make calls to our clientele to identify their needs. Web orders. Troubleshoot with customers. Manage our technician's delivery schedule. Assist walk-in customers. Applicants must have great customer service skills. We offer a robust commission structure on top of the hourly base pay. Job hours Monday- Friday from 9am-3pm Previous experience as a technical support agent, CSR, call center representative, client success agent, or as a support specialist may make you a good fit for this role.
