About Us:
KB Beauty Studio is a welcoming and vibrant beauty and wellness space dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and dependable Client Experience Coordinator to be the face of our studio and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet all clients warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls, check messages, and respond to inquiries. Manage bookings via Vagaro and ensure appointment accuracy. Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area. Cleaning Responsibilities Keep all bathrooms clean and stocked daily (toilets, mirrors, soap, toilet paper, hand towels). Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces in common areas, including the front desk and back hallways. Take out trash from all stations: bathrooms, front desk, break room, and laundry. Complete assigned weekly cleaning tasks like dusting, restocking, and plant care as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior front desk/hospitality experience preferred Comfortable with light cleaning and general upkeep duties
