Some callers will be longtime clients with a simple question or request. Others may be contacting us for the first time because they're buying a new home, purchasing a vehicle or boat, or simply looking for better insurance options.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner Finding out how we can help and connecting clients with the appropriate team member Assisting existing clients with routine customer service requests Gathering basic information from people contacting us for new insurance Helping clients obtain policy documents, insurance ID cards, and other information Assisting with routine billing and payment questions Taking messages and directing requests to the appropriate team member Following up with clients when additional information or documentation is needed Keeping accurate notes regarding client conversations and requests Working with our Account Managers and other team members to provide a great client experience Because this is a non-licensed CSR position , you won't be expected to recommend insurance coverage, provide coverage advice, or handle other responsibilities that require an insurance license. Our licensed insurance professionals will take care of those matters. Who Are We Looking For?
