Warranty Advisor Pokey Brimer Auto Sales - Oxford, AL We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, people-oriented person to join our team as a Warranty Advisor. This position is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is a good listener, and likes finding solutions. Many of our customers simply need someone who will listen to what is going on, help them understand the next step, and make sure they are taken care of. This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. You will work both inside and outside and regularly move between different buildings and departments throughout the day. Schedule Requirement You MUST be available to work Saturdays. Saturdays are one of our busiest days and are a required workday for this position. If you are unable to work Saturdays, please do not apply. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming warranty and service calls Listen to customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns Schedule warranty repair appointments Schedule oil change and maintenance appointments Check customers in when they arrive for warranty or service appointments Communicate with customers about the warranty/service process Help make sure customers are directed to the right person or department Follow up and help keep appointments and customer information organized Assisting Our Sales Office When our office gets busy with customers looking to purchase vehicles, you will also help our front office team by: Greeting customers as they arrive Checking customers in Gathering basic information and helping get customers started Directing customers to the appropriate team member Helping keep customers taken care of during busy periods Who We're Looking For Personality is very important for this position.

We can teach the right person our warranty and service processes. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn. Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
