Summary Responsible for signing guests up for and explaining the benefits of the Players Club. Performs all shift functions and operations. Responsibilities Cross-train between Players Club and Gift Store Provides excellent Guest Service Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the Players Club Acquire new members and assure repeat business. Answer phones and respond to inquiries. Promote/work events as needed. Contact Hosts when needed. Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the players club. Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms. Assist in Gift Store as needed. Duties include running the gift store register, stocking merchandise, and helping with displays. Assists with the end of the month inventory count and help maintain clean store. Other duties may be assigned. Note This description incorporates the most typical duties performed. It is recognized that other duties not specifically mentioned may also be performed. If none of the applicants should meet the stated qualifications, applicants whose education and experience are less than the stated requirements, may be interviewed and hired provided the applicant hired submits a formal written training plan within (30) thirty days which can be completed within a reasonable time agreed upon by the supervisor and the applicant. Requirements:

Qualifications/Education/Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. High school diploma/GED or relevant experience Prior experience with players clubs or other related casino positions preferred. Previous high level guest service experience. Strong English communication skills required to interact with guests, team members, and vendors. Physical Demands/Work Environment To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
