Veterinary Client Care Representative Location:

ACCESS Pasadena, CA Schedule:

4x10 hours shifts (including either a Saturday or Sunday) shift times may vary.

Pay Range:

$20 - $22 / hr

Our Client Care Representatives help keep our veterinary specialty teams day running and on track. We are seeking compassionate professionals to support our clients during their hospital visit on a 24/7 basis.

What You'll Do:

Supporting Clients:

Greeting clients with a compassionate approach, providing exceptional service in a speciality setting, and offering a comforting presence during difficult moments, including euthanasia visits.

Managing Communication:

Answering phone calls in a professional manner, routing emails to the right departments, and accurately documenting client communications in patient charts.

Handling Logistics:

Scheduling appointments seamlessly based on doctor guidelines, coordinating prescription refills, and managing incoming medical record requests.

Maintaining Records & Tech:

Utilizing ezyVet software to create, update, and maintain accurate client and patient files.

Financial & Front Desk Operations:

processing payments and financial transactions accurately, executing daily shift required procedures, and keeping the lobby and exam rooms clean and welcoming.

Veterinary experience: Prior experience or studying in the veterinary field with a solid grasp of medical terminology.

ER-Ready Skills:
