Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative
  • Manufacturing for a direct hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys serving as a key liaison between customers and internal operations teams. In this position, you will help ensure a positive customer experience by communicating order status updates, coordinating with production, shipping and receiving, and quality control, and supporting timely resolution of customer needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to support order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate order status updates, shipment information, and production timelines to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams to resolve order-related questions or concerns.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the customer experience and support service goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer communication and order information to help ensure smooth workflow and follow-up.
  • Support a positive, responsive customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal manufacturing teams.
  • Communicate order status updates and customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping and receiving, and quality control to support customer satisfaction.
  • Help identify recommendations and solutions that improve service and order follow-through.
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or related business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, production, shipping, receiving, and quality teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve questions or concerns professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer orders in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with order entry, order status tracking, or customer account support.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
  • Bilingual communication skills may be helpful depending on customer needs.
