Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails and online inquiries Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions, billing, and end-of-shift reporting accurately

Requirements:

Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software is a plus Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus given the Watsonville, CA community
